My recent stay at the Fairfield By Marriott Inn & Suites Asheville Outlets was a delightful surprise, especially since we were there for Easter with my family. The hotel was impressively clean, offering that fresh feel that often enhances a stay, and the spacious rooms provided ample comfort for our little clan. Every morning, we savored the complimentary Southern breakfast, indulging in scrumptious biscuits and gravy alongside fresh fruit and waffles – the perfect start before exploring Asheville's vibrant spots. What stood out the most was the warm and friendly staff. They were genuinely eager to assist, and I appreciated the pleasant vibe exuding from the front desk. Being mere moments away from the outlets and just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate was the cherry on top – a strategic location for both leisure and shopping. Though we encountered a hiccup with the water during our stay, the management swiftly addressed it, offering us a free night which demonstrated a commitment to guest satisfaction that is truly commendable. In short, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Asheville while enjoying a hearty breakfast, clean accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere.
